The main focus of DPP is to offer manufacture and assembly of pressure and non-pressure units and parts for power engineering such as various preheaters, superheaters, eco-coils made of smooth and ribbed tubes according to the supplied documentation. In case of request by customer we assure also engineering. During manufacture of above mentioned we are using smooth tubes electrohydraulic bending machine from the renowned manufacturer SCHWARZE-ROBITEC with the following specification (range of bending):

• tube diameter from 25 mm to 63,5 mm
• wall thickness from 2 to 5,6 mm
• radius from 1D up to max. 300 mm

We assure obviously all the prescribed bend tests. Welding is performed according to DIN EN ISO 3834-2 standard.

The desired power units are manufactured and assembled in the workshops, with an area of 800 m² equipped with required machinery and two overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of 20 tons each, i.e. total lifting capacity 40 tons.

We obviously deliver all the products with the required accompanying technical documentation in Slovak, English and German.

The company also manufactures non-pressure parts of power units as combusting chambers, supports, boiler casings, duct systems, air duct systems etc, to a high quality and with products tests, as our customer requires.
